Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Export Product Images Shopify app (the “App”) and storemediaexporter.com (the “Website”), provided by Craftshift, Letterhout, 1507 EG Zaandam, Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Shopify Terms of Service.

The service

The App lets you export product images, videos and 3D models, and the files in Content > Files, from your Shopify store as a ZIP file. It reads your store and does not change it. We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to export, store and use the files and data in your store.
  • You are responsible for how you use exported files, including the rights to images, videos and other content of third parties.
  • You must not use the App to interfere with Shopify or our systems.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page and in the App. Paid plans are billed in USD every 30 days through Shopify’s billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can downgrade or cancel at any time by changing plans in the App or uninstalling it; after a downgrade, the paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, fees are not refundable. Every file added to an export ZIP counts toward your monthly file limit. The free plan includes 100 files per month.

Export files and availability

Export files are available through a download link that works for 7 days. The ZIP file is deleted after 30 days. Download and keep the files you need. Files that cannot be downloaded from Shopify after retries are skipped and listed in the job log.

Third-party services

The App relies on Shopify and other providers, such as cloud storage. Their availability and limits are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Intellectual property

The App, the Website and their content belong to Craftshift. Your files and store data remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. While we work hard to make exports reliable, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Check the job log and the contents of each ZIP before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftshift is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply where relevant.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
